I can't speak highly enough of the folks that operate this shop. John and Kyle are just excellent people and show off a prime example of how business should be done. I was in town for a tech conference and needed to have some more brochures printed up. I was recommended Minuteman Press by some family I have living in the area so I googled them and found one that was in my path of intended travel and I definitely picked the right place. From the initial phone call to everything else that followed was just solid customer service. Being from a small population state like Wyoming, our businesses live or die by a person's ability to keep their word and to follow through with what you say. It's something, unfortunately, that I find is getting increasingly rare in my travels. It was extremely refreshing to find those kind of ethics and integrity with these folks. You guys are A OK in my book and though I don't get this way all too often, I will never go anywhere in this area for print shop needs again. I ordered professional acting head shots on Wednesday and picked them up Thursday morning! Unmatched customer service, super responsive and polite, and very reasonably priced. Seriously have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them! I have referred several of my acting friends already and definitely recommend using them for printing professional head shots.
